Managing Director
Shan is the founder and Managing Director of AHG Strategies, advising international organizations on communications, public affairs and market engagement in China and across Asia-Pacific. Previously, he held roles at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, APCO Worldwide and BlueFocus. Graduated from Renmin University of China and ESCP, he speaks Mandarin Chinese, English and French.
Martin ZHANG

Martin brings over 12 years of international financial markets experience, specializing in cross-border investment and institutional client services. He has held key roles at DBS, Barclays, UOB, Natixis and Rothschild, supporting international expansion, market entry and financial solutions. He holds a Master in Management from ESCP and was a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Junni is a former research fellow at the Center for China and Globalization (CCG), a leading independent Chinese think tank covering global affairs, trade and investment. Previously, he led North Head’s Public Affairs team, advising corporate and government clients on public policy and navigating China’s political and business environment. He speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Korean.
